• Safely operate equipment to lift, move, and position precast concrete beams
• Utilize different types of equipment to transport materials around the facility and yard
• Set up and clean up work areas, ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained
• Perform inspections of equipment before and after each shift to ensure safety and proper functionality
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, with proper handling and placement of materials
• Coordinate with other team members to verify production and operational needs are met
• General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

• Strong safety record and commitment to maintaining safe work practices
• Ability to read and follow jobsite hand signals and instructions via radio
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to perform minor truck servicing and report larger issues promptly
