Job Description:
This is not a remote position. It is in person.
The Radu Group is looking for a leader to add to our organization who has passion and purpose. We've been in business for over 120 years & have been leading
the way in the benefits industry. The role will consist of leading a team to help
maintain and service over 1000 existing accounts while developing relationships
with new clients. You'll become an expert in training those in your care.
From here, you would move into the Agency Director role while mastering
the skills needed using our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and updating benefits on existing book of business
- Prospect new business opportunities, (B2B)
- Supervision of team activity & results
- Train & develop incoming team members on existing system
- Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Daily focus on recruiting, training, & leadership development
Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines - Strong supervisory & leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks & delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced & at times stressful
environment - Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Sales or customer service experience
- Self-motivated & goal-oriented mindset
- The desire to be active in the community
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License & ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background & reliable transportation
- 90-day evaluation period before advancement
- Interview & training will be conducted at our Lisle, Illinois Office
Entry Level ranges from 50k-70k, if you're looking to move into upper management it would range from 80k-120k+
