About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Enterprise Partnerships and Innovation Enablement teams. This individual will be focused on designing and executing cocreation efforts, which are new product discovery and definition efforts done in collaboration with an external partner and Wells Fargo stakeholders.
As a member of this team, you will be responsible for guiding Wells Fargo and a key partner through the exploration and identification of a specific joint opportunity, leveraging shared and unique capabilities and expertise to clearly define a solution to a customer need to drive business growth. These cocreation efforts demonstrate our desire to “think through building,” framing up questions and strategic goals, using a variety of prototypes to clarify thinking and validate concepts, and ultimately define a new product opportunity that can be taken into development and scale by Wells Fargo and its partner. This role sits at the center of complex and high-value initiatives that require collaboration and engagement from business, technology, and digital leaders at Wells Fargo and their partners.
In this role, you will:
Design cocreation initiatives engaging key stakeholders and partners across Wells Fargo to understand, define, and plan the launch of new products and services
Enable diverse teams to drive towards clear outcomes, being mindful of customer needs, strategic goals, technology gaps and opportunities, and business risks and impact
Articulate the north star vision and capabilities for cocreation opportunities
Facilitate iterative design and learn process to explore and define opportunities, evaluating customer needs, strategic fit, and feasibility/capabilities via prototyping and making opportunities tangible
Drive towards decision making and prioritization to elevate opportunities that meet strategic needs for both Wells Fargo and partners
Help foster a culture of practical innovation across Enterprise Partnerships and Innovation Enablement, as well as across Wells Fargo via our internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a role that required designing and executing different kinds of prototypes, either via research, new product development, or capability assessments.
Demonstrated ability to scope, plan, and manage complex projects and programs of work aimed at developing strategies or vision
Experience working with technology partners and organizations
Experience in facilitating the development of new digital and/or technology enabled products
Portfolio of directly-related or adjacent projects illustrating cycles of iterative learning and product definition
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of banking products and services, and the financial services ecosystem, or another highly-regulated and complex industry

This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the San Francisco, Menlo Park, or New York office approximately 3 days a week
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$115,900.00 - $206,100.00Benefits
