The Senior Consultant Enterprise Corporate Programs will play a key role in supporting strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of multiple corporate program categories. This role is designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, data driven and project management skills. Responsibilities may include managing or assisting with program categories including branded merchandise, business supplies, and expense management. Process Analysis: Evaluate existing processes in corporate services to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Policy Advisement: Provide insights and recommendations on policy development to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses to identify spending patterns and opportunities for cost reduction within corporate services.
Project Support: Assist in implementing new initiatives or technologies aimed at improving corporate services operations. Special projects as needed add in.
Report Generation: Assist with report generation and system reconciliations.
Partners with appropriate departments across the organization.
Required Qualifications
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Process Analysis: Evaluate existing processes in corporate services to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
2. Policy Advisement: Provide insights and recommendations on policy development to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
3. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analyses to identify spending patterns and opportunities for cost reduction within corporate services.
4. Project Support: Assist in implementing new initiatives or technologies aimed at improving corporate services operations. Leads and assist with special projects as needed and assigned by leadership.
5. Report Generation: assist with report generation and system reconciliations.
6. Partners with appropriate departments/top level managers/executives across the organization as POC of contact for resources needed, compliance, policy adherence.
7. First escalation point in resolving conflict inquiries with business units.
8. May assist with general inquiry corporate program inbox when needed to provide education, ensure compliance, general assistance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Associates degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent education related training.
2. 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Corporate Programs.
3. 2+ years in change management, project management with a focus on supply chain management, corporate travel, finance, digital systems or banking.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies by reviewing and addressing requests for exceptions while communicating decision clearly and empathetically to the teammate.
5. Able to clearly share ideas and information for improvement of the program regarding streamlining, cost savings, policy improvements.
6. Previous history of contributions to special projects in improving processes and cost savings.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office – strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
