Email Operations Coordinator
This is a 3 month, only 2 days onsite, 40 hour a week, freelance opportunity with possible extension!
Position Overview
Our retail client has an immediate need for an Email Operations Coordinator with hands -on experience executing email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including QA, testing, audience assignment, and deployment scheduling.
The ideal candidate can manage campaigns independently and collaboratively, meet tight deadlines, has great attention to detail, and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.
The Email Operations Coordinator should have a strong grasp of current email marketing strategies and best practices, including permission-based marketing, deliverability, personalization, segmentation, and SPAM compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of email marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create engaging email content
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
- Maintain and manage the email marketing calendar
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email deployment and tracking
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and increase engagement
- Provide support in segmenting and targeting email lists based on customer data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email marketing tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools to assess campaign performance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
