Volt is immediately hiring for an Electronics Technician at HASLET, Texas 76052

As an Electronics Technician, you will:

This position is responsible for using soldering equipment to repair, modify, and change parts on electronic circuit boards and STB units.
* Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs electronic components.
* Troubleshoots to the component level.
* Troubleshoots and resolves more complex technical issues.
* Reads and works from schematics.
* Maintains satisfactory Quality performance levels.
* Maintain a clean, organized work station.
* Trains and/or assists other Technicians in aspects of repair.
* Will work on radio antennae's/amplifier transmitters.
* Heavy lifting.

Required Skills:
* 2+ years thru-hole & surface-mount experience Soldering
* Possess soldering and de-soldering skills.
* Testing/Troubleshooting/Repair at the component-level of PCBs
* In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory. - need to be able explain what is Ohm's law

Required Experience:
* Pass a Technical Aptitude Test & Soldering test
* 2+ years' experience as a Electrical technician

Payrate Range in Between - $24 - $25.50/hourly
