We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to manage and optimize our online sales and support outstanding customer experience. This role requires a data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices. You will work closely with product, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure that our e-commerce platform delivers an outstanding shopping experience, aligning with our brand values.This is an individual contributor position reporting to Executive Director - Head of Business, Kohler Ventures.

Specific Responsibilities

Define and execute a leading e-commerce, digital first sales strategy
Execute on the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
Manage the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listings and inventory management.
Optimize the user experience (UX) on our website to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and overall satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to implement digital marketing campaigns.
Analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
Monitor the integration of e-commerce platforms and third-party tools (payments gateways) and escalate any performance concerns to the software team
Coordinate with stakeholders in operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
Stay current with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the online shopping experience.
Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Reports to Commercial & Growth Lead, Kohler Ventures
Works closely with other members of the Kohler Ventures Commercial and dev teams and select external agencies.

Skills/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the wellness and tech industries
Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving e-commerce KPIs
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
Experience with web analytics tools
Demonstrated project management skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making
Previous experience working in a wellness or tech startup is a plus
Experience with UX/UI principles and website design is a plus
Positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and ability to drive work forward
Travel requirement: ~10%

The approved base salary range for this position is $101,600 - $128,300. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. This position is subject to Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) that ranges from 16% of base salary for the NYC metro area. The approved base salary range including ASD for this position is $117,856 - $148,828 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k.
