Responsibilities and capabilities:
- Assist processing ECOs within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
- Perform word processing tasks ensuring proper compliance with controlled document format
- Ensure integrity of files, both hardcopy and EDMS softcopy, for the purpose of efficient and timely retrieval of generated records and quality documents
- Maintain Document Control logs to ensure accuracy and current information
- Maintain employee Training Records and Requirements within the EDMS
- Conduct Document Control audits as required
- Assist with the maintenance of the External Document Library
- Assist with scanning and off-site storage activities for the archiving of records
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Enrollment in an accredited university/college degree program.
- Some knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 / FDA's QSR regulations preferred
- Experience with MS office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Starter, detail oriented, quick learner and creative
- Ability to work with cross-functional groups
- Ability to prioritize work assignments.
- Demonstrate ability to meet quality requirements in daily work
- Self-starter, highly motivated, discipline work habit.
Compensation: $20 - $35/hour DOE
