Full Job Description
Title: CBD Dispute Specialist
Location: Evansville, IN (onsite)
Duration: 3 months + possible extension
Day to Day:
- Assist and handle any dispute from customers indirectly or directly through their bureaus All disputes will be done via Fax (no disputes over email or phone) Handle incoming calls from Customers and delegate to the proper channel
- Work within the homegrown system to handle disputes Learn through training how to handle a volume of around 75 disputes per day researching, resolving, and responding to customer disputes related to credit bureau reporting,responding to other customer information requests from internal departments (legal and regulatory), and for entering information into the Credit Bureau Dispute database.
Must Have:
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Excellent customer service
- Outgoing personality / easy to talk to / culture fit
- Positive attitude / willingness to learn
- Adaptable to change
