Eagle Pharmaceuticals is looking for a motivated Director of Treasury.
The Director of Treasury is responsible for overseeing and managing Eagle’s treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, risk management, banking relationships, and capital structure strategy.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and daily liquidity management.
- Optimize working capital and ensure efficient use of cash across all entities.
- Manage short-term investments and intercompany funding strategies.
- Maintain and expand relationships with banking partners.
- Manage existing debt obligations and lead efforts on new financing initiatives.
- Partner with the CFO on capital planning and structuring to support business objectives and M&A activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and SOX requirements.
- Implement and improve treasury systems and automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Legal, R&D) to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide insight and recommendations to senior leadership regarding treasury-related implications of business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
- 5-10 years of progressive treasury experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of global cash management, financial risk, and capital markets.
- Proficiency with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Location: Hybrid schedule, 3-4 days onsite/1-2 days remote. This position is based at our headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, with occasional travel as needed.
