Our Luxury Retail Client is looking for either a VP or a Senior Director of Digital Product Management to join their team fulltime! Must be able to come onsite 5 days/week in Corte Madera, CA and open to working overtime.

This VP or Sr Director of Digital Product Management will be:

Defining, owning, and evolving the website product vision and roadmap, aligning with customer needs, business goals, and market trends
Leading a high-performing team of 7+ eCommerce product managers, spending about 70-80% of your time coaching, prioritizing, and removing blockers
Staying hands-on with product strategy, data, and platform details about 20-30% of your time, digging into analytics, post-order customer experience, and journey optimization
Driving major digital initiatives, including CMS migration, new search vendor evaluation, and upcoming international site launches
Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, business intelligence, digital marketing, and stakeholders to deliver an integrated, high-converting online experience
Overseeing the end-to-end website product lifecycle, across ideation, design, development, launch, A/B testing, optimization, and growth
Using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Snowflake, MicroStrategy, Salesforce) to track KPIs, measure performance, and inform data-driven product decisions
Continuously testing, refining, and enhancing site performance to improve customer engagement, conversion, and post-purchase experience
Managing digital product budgets, vendor partnerships, and contract negotiations to align with growth goals
Working flexible hours as needed to support complex platform changes, expecting occasional late nights or OT

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 10-15+ years of product management experience, ideally with digital, eCommerce, and customer-facing retail platforms (10+ years for Senior Director, 15+ for VP)
5+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams
Proven track record delivering large-scale consumer web products with measurable impact on growth and brand experience
Deep knowledge of eCommerce product management best practices: SEO, site search, CMS, UX/UI, customer journey mapping, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
Strong grasp of data and analytics to shape product direction and post-order follow-up strategies
Experience with complex vendor ecosystems and platform transformations
Clear communicator and strategic influencer, comfortable aligning senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Ideally bringing experience in home furnishings or high-volume consumer retail, but open to other relevant eCommerce industries
