The Director of Revenue is a key strategic partner in driving total hotel profitability. This individual is responsible for maximizing overall revenue through effective management of room inventory, pricing strategies, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to execute optimal strategies and ensure alignment with brand and business goals.
What You'll Do:- Develop and lead the hotel’s revenue management strategy across all segments including transient, group, and contract business.
- Utilize Hyatt’s systems, tools, and resources to monitor daily performance and booking pace, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Conduct regular forecasting, market analysis, and budgeting in coordination with Sales and Finance teams.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and Executive Committee on pricing, positioning, and revenue optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings and deliver clear reporting and action plans.
- Optimize channel mix, minimize displacement and rate parity issues, and ensure alignment with corporate revenue and distribution guidelines.
- Mentor and develop Revenue and Reservations team members; foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive hotel revenue management or related analytical experience, preferably within a or full-service hotel environment.
- Strong proficiency in revenue management systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Hyatt systems such as RMS, Opera, and Cognos strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
