As Director of Marketing, you will be the driving force behind the go-to-market strategy, leading marketing activation and sales tactics for a premium brand portfolio. You’ll develop innovative strategies to ensure continued growth and market dominance. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and influence the future of a well-loved brand.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies encompassing all aspects of the marketing mix, from advertising and media to retail and consumer events.
• Oversee internal and external agencies, including creative, PR, trade marketing, and media agencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (insights, finance, sales, supply chain) to develop and execute key business initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists focused on driving consumer awareness, engagement, and purchase.

Must-Haves:

• 15+ years of CPG marketing and brand management experience with a proven track record in brand strategy.
• Experience in budget planning and management, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences (executive team, manufacturing, sales).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $74.61 to $82.91 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
