Summer Intern – Digital Marketing

Testing & Scaling Personalization Initiatives Throughout the Buyers Journey

The Role:

The Digital Marketing Intern is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business-to-business (B2B) digital media, marketing automation, and personalized customer engagement strategies. Sitting within the Digital Marketing team, you will explore innovative ways to enhance media-to-nurture personalization and drive more effective lead engagement. You will also help optimize Conversica AI-driven follow-ups, ensuring a seamless and engaging prospect journey. Expect to work on real-world marketing initiatives, collaborate across teams, and gain exposure to the latest trends in media personalization, automation, and conversion optimization.

  • Enhance Conversica AI Engagement

    • Support the management and optimization of Conversica AI-driven lead follow-ups.

    • Develop customized conversation streams to better engage prospects based on their interests and interactions.

    • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements for increased lead conversion.

  • Integrate Media and Email Personalization

    • Sync paid media channels (search, social, display, etc.) with email nurture programs and landing pages to ensure a cohesive, personalized user experience.

    • Assist in the creation of personalized creative assets and messaging tailored to audience segments.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across digital touchpoints.

  • Optimize Conversion Landing Pages

    • Assist in developing and refining media conversion landing pages, incorporating personalized elements to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

    • Work with design, content, and brand teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for visitors.

    • Analyze landing page performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Passion for digital marketing, media personalization, and marketing automation.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.

  • Basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Conversica, Marketo, Sales Force, etc.) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Content Syndication, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a keen interest in learning.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate strategies.

  • Understanding of personalized content creation and audience segmentation.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and sales teams.

  • Comfort with navigating dynamic and evolving marketing technologies.

Education:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years completed in a relevant major preferred.

This position offers an hourly rate typically between $27.00 hourly- $33.00 hourly commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled.
