Aquent Studios is looking for a Digital Designer to join our team with our team with a global beauty brand!

You must be able to go on-site to the office 2x a day – preferably Tuesday and Wednesdays on a weekly basis

The Digital Designer will work on creating and translating global brand assets across e-retailer platforms in a collaborative environment.
The Digital Designer will partner closely with cross functional teams to understand digital strategies, target audiences, and communication objectives for all visual communications, including e-retailer brand pages and digital marketing content, create, manage, and optimize brand store content.

Key Job Accountabilities:
* Requires project management and organizational skills - able to handle timelines, communicate urgencies and execute accordingly, exceptional analytical skills and attention to details * Translate global assets into US e-commerce and social content
* Design within brand guidelines and retailer style guides
* Interact with cross functional team members

Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Assist marketing and creative teams with any digital/social request
* Edit and create ATF & BTF content for national retailers (Amazon, Target, Walmart, ULTA, etc.) * Create and manage brand content on e-retailer websites
* Complete social team's design requests including, imaging resizing, overlay creation, and mockups
* Retouch and color shift pack shot images, educational macros and color swatches * Design coupons, emails, and sweepstakes, and animated banners for digital platforms * Design pins for Pinterest
* Assist the US social and digital team with ad hoc design requests, i.e. photo shoots for social media
Competencies Required:
* Proven experience in creating comprehensive brand expression (3-4 years) * Must be able to do quality hands-on work at a fast pace and under tight deadlines * Ability to multi-task, make quick decisions, and problem solve
* Demonstrated ability working well within a team environment
* Strong attention to design and color detail
* Ability to execute animated gifs for online retailers
* Demonstrated retouching skills on digital designs and photographs
* Expert knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; proficiency in all relevant MacBook programs

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50  to $55/HR  Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
