Digital Content QA Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content QA Coordinator to join our clients team. This role is focused on ensuring the quality and accuracy of our advertising operations, with an emphasis on maintaining high standards for all digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and project management, as well as a passion for optimizing web projects.
This is a 40 hour/week contract role onsite in Cincinnati, OH for 4-5 months with the opportunity to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all advertising campaigns prior to launch.
- Collaborate with the ad operations team to identify and resolve potential issues in campaign setup.
- Monitor live campaigns for discrepancies and performance issues, providing timely feedback for corrections.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality assurance processes and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure web projects meet quality benchmarks and deadlines.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members on quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within ad operations or digital marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with web projects and web project management methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
