We are in the process of building out our World Class Delivery / Installation Teams that will raise the bar in our industry. We are seeking a Delivery Team Member who will work closely with the Delivery Manager and the Operations Manager to safely deliver and install appliances, while preventing damage, for our customers' homes and rental properties. We specialize in appliances, our sweet spot. You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

Follow the PAG Delivery Processes (which includes how we load products, drive, communicate and greet customers, measure and protect areas in the delivery / installation routes, determining if any doors need to be detached, moving fixtures to protect the customers' home and purchased products, the set up and install of products, haul away products, and filling out of paperwork)
Follow the PAG Install Processes (which includes a checklist of the steps and work that consists of a PAG Install)
Follow the PAG Inventory Process (which includes making sure you have the right parts, tools, and accessories needed to complete the deliveries/ installations that are scheduled)

Qualifications:

Clean Driving Record with a Valid Driver's License
Clean Background (must be able to pass a background check)
Superior verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills / Abilities:

Appliance Installation Experience
Basic Plumbing and Electrical Knowledge
Basic Cabinetry Skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
Fine motor skills - being able to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently
Visual Acuity - have clear near vision for reading computer screens and blueprints
Hearing Ability - able to hear and understand conversations in person and on the telephone
Must be able to lift 100 pounds (and occasionally more)

Work Schedule:5 Days a week between - Monday - Saturday (8am - 5pm) As this is a position that serves retail customers this may change based on our customers needs as we go forward.

Compensation

This position is an hourly position, with bonuses based on the Team's Damage Free Delivery score. The hourly amount (before bonuses) is $23 - $25 an hour (DOE) and will be paid out to you in accordance with the Company's standard payroll schedule (which is one the fifth and the twentieth of each month).This Benefits & Perks
