Here are the details:
Position: Staff Data Engineer
Location: Hybrid 3 times a week
Rate: 70-80/hr
Duration: 6 month extendable contract
Iv Process: Two steps both with code challenges
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Working on a platform that internal usage capability. The platform takes data from structured and unstructured data sources, takes them through data pipelines and the platform then organizes it and presents the data the internal user through way of Looker. You will be doing a wide variety of tasks, but what it comes down to is defining requirements, developing both pipelines and apis, testing your own code, prepping it for deployment, and deploying it against an internal deployment tool into productions. The environment is in the GCP environment!
