Position: Analytics Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months- 1 year (opportunity to convert to FTE)
Pay Rate Range: $45.00-$53.00/hr
Industry: HealthcareEast Coast hours – 8AM/9AM- 5PM
Position sits on the Digital Technology team: Content management systems and public websites
JOB DESCRIPTIONCandidates who do not have hands on experience with OneTrust will not be considered.
This role is very technical and development heavy. SME specifically in JavaScript. Backend coding to collect data.
Skills Ranked in Order of Importance:
1. OneTrust
2. Javascript - must be able to write and read code
3. TAG Manager
4. Object Oriented/Document Object Model
Must Haves:
- Understands web analytics but experience with developing and implementing analytics though ADOBE tag manager.
- VERY strong JavaScript. (ES6 is preferred).
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented concepts (Principals for coding).
- Experience implementing and managing a consent management platform, specifically OneTrust.
- Strong understanding of the Document Object Model.
- ADOBE Analytics
- Customer Journey Analytics
- JIRA experience
- Nice to have strong communication skills – written and verbal
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop engineering designs in support of the analytics implementations across our digital applications.
- Modify analytics implementations to fit the needs of Data and Analytics and support advanced analytics.
- Participate in software and hardware licensing and financial and capacity activities within the environment.
- Support the design of internal projects, collaborating with IT stakeholders, service owners, and partners.
- Provide operational readiness through the engineering, planning, coordination, and execution of performance and tuning analysis, systems support, incident and problem resolution, software installation, and upgrades.
- Provide guidance and consultation in solving production incidents when required.
- Maintain appropriate standardized guidelines, work procedures, and schedule for solution engineering to expedite workflow and improve efficiencies.
- Collaborate with vendors on infrastructure & technology to ensure the final product is what was architected or designed and supports Data and Analytics needs.
- Implement and manage a consent management platform like OneTrust, TrustArc, etc.
Hiring Requirements:
- Highly Proficient in JavaScript (ES6)
- Enterprise experience implementing a consent management platform
- Enterprise experience working with Adobe AEP & Adobe Data Collection (Adobe Launch)
- Must understand the Document Object Model
- Must understand Object Oriented Concepts
- Bachelors degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field
