Job Description:
o Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights that support the clients business operations.
o Collaborate with business units to develop data-driven strategies and solutions.
o Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
o Support the execution of data governance programs and strategies to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
o Assist in project management tasks, including data mapping and writing business requirement documents (BRDs).
o Enhance the clients data quality and governance by configuring and integrating various data systems
Must Have Technologies / Skills:
o Data Lineage: Experience updating and maintaining data lineage systems
o Data Analysis: Experience with source to target mapping of data elements between upstream and downstream systems
o Sox controls
o SQL: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis.
o Python: Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
o Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency with Tableau and Power BI for creating visualizations.
o Machine Learning Algorithms: Understanding and application of machine learning algorithms.
o Data Governance Tools: Experience with tools like Collibra for data governance.
o Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
o Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
o Financial Background: Understanding of financial systems and regulations.
o Calibre Experience: Experience with Calibre for data quality and governance.
o Scrum/Agile Certification: Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
