Volt is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Fresno, Ca.

As a Customer Service Representative you will :

Communicate with customers via email, messaging, and phone.
Process orders accurately, confirm pricing and shipping details, and send timely order confirmations.
Manage order details, update shipping schedules, and coordinate with customers and sales representatives on any changes or delays.
Assist the sales team by providing product samples, customer order history, and inventory reports.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Participate in team meetings and company events.

This is a Full Time Temp to Hire Opportunity!

Schedule : Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

The Ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of office experience; customer service or agricultural industry experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
