Volt is immediately hiring for Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Austin, Texas.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Receive, input, and review all orders.
Communicate in a timely manner with customers, field sales, and internal personnel regarding customer needs via fax, phone, or electronic means.
Coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Establish and maintain liaison relationships with all customers for all products.
Develop and maintain positive and strong relationships with customers.
Review backorders and find the required customer demands when necessary.
Respond to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; quoting & order entry; ensure on-time deliveries and track delinquencies.
Administer specified divisional sales policy for order entry, pricing, quoting, and shipping.
Actively participate in facility WIN Goals and Cost Reduction programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Customer Service experience, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking.
Ability to learn parts numbers, and technical and product applications.
2-4 year degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.
Mainframe and PC competency required.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and motivated.

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
