WHAT YOU WOULD DO:Assist utility customers by phone and in person regarding changes in service, billing inquiries, payment arrangements and other utility services. Full-time and part-time positions are available and hours may include days, evenings and weekends. The anticipated start date is June 2025.
QUALIFICATIONS:Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service work experience, and familiarity with MS Office Products. SALARY:
Salary ranges are market based and established annually. With full competency in the role and satisfactory performance, the target salary is midpoint within the established range.
