Salary & Schedule for Customer Care Specialists:
- Wage: $22 per hour
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM). Includes occasional Saturdays (8 AM - 12 PM) and a once-weekly late shift (9 AM - 6 PM).
Primary Responsibilities for Customer Care Specialists:
As the first point of contact for our terrific customers, you will:
- Promptly answer calls, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Schedule service appointments while providing detailed information on our pest control and termite services.
- Handle billing queries and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Keep customer records up-to-date in our system.
