As a Custom Protection Officer Flex, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Pay Rate: $21.35/per hour.

Active driver's license
Valid Florida Security D License and G Licenses are required

and at least ONE of the following:

U.S. Military Service (DD214 Honorable Discharge); or
Police/Corrections Academy Certification (U.S. only with Certificate); or
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice (120 College Credits on Official Transcripts)

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21+ years of age.
Looking for an individual who strives in customer service, has previous experience as a security professional, must speak, read, and write English fluently, must have previous military background, or previous law enforcement, or previous corrections experience, or a bachelor's degree.
Does not get easily intimidated under pressure, has previous gatehouse experience, has no issues working outside in the elements, is tech savvy and is dependable at any time.
Required, ability to use a computer or tablet.
Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
