About the Position
The airport seeks a custodian to join one of our most vital front-line teams to replace a recently promoted employee. Our custodial crew plays an important role in enhancing the customer experience by keeping facilities clean and occasionally answering questions from the public. Typical job duties include:
- cleaning restrooms,
- removing trash,
- cleaning windows,
- vacuuming floors,
- operating buffers, sweepers, and strippers,
- snow removal and ice prevention,
- keeping outside areas clean,
- keeping garage elevators clean,
- and mixing basic cleaning chemicals to specifications.
Strong candidates will exhibit a willingness to learn, previous custodial experience, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and work well with others.
Compensation
This position starts at $15.05/hour, more for validated experience. Employees are eligible for promotion to Custodian II once they demonstrate the ability to complete all tasks and operate the required machinery. Custodian II starts at $16.28/hour.

- Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 am -4:30 pm (Four 10-hour shifts, 3 days off per week)
