In this exciting role, you will:

• Lead online and in-person training sessions for agencies, sharing best practices for creative excellence.
• Provide expert consultations to creative and media agencies, helping them optimize their campaigns for maximum impact.
• Forge strong relationships with agency sales teams and cross-functional partners, fostering collaboration and driving success.
• Deliver captivating presentations to agency partners and large audiences, showcasing your expertise and inspiring innovation.
• Track, analyze, and report on program results, using data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Agency experience
• Media/advertising/creative industry experience
• Experience working on digital media campaigns within a creative, digital, or media agency (strategy or creative focus)
• Exceptional presentation skills and comfort speaking in front of large audiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proven track record of delivering successful ad campaigns that achieve measurable results

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Project management and prioritization experience
• Experience using data to inform decision-making and improve results
• Strong communication, influencing, and collaboration skills across multiple teams
• Experience executing multi-channel marketing plans, including content creation (decks, playbooks, one-sheeters, etc.) and event management
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry, either agency or client-side
• Deep understanding of the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, with an emphasis on performance marketing

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $61.20 to $68.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
