Our mental health client client seeks a Creative Director to join their team in a full-time capacity, fully remote!
The Creative Director will be responsible for the following:
Team leadership/management: (50% of the role)
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5 designers, investing in their growth through coaching and regular touch bases
- Remote Team Management
- Employee Engagement: Foster a sense of community and teamwork
Creative Concepting and Strategy (40% of the role)
- Develop original ideas and conceptual and define the brand's design for a variety of touch-points across digital, print, motion, retail, packaging, campaigns, OOH, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and events/experiential design
- Project Leadership: Lead the team through completion of a website redesign, business collateral, and trade show/booth designs.
- Collaboration with content/writing team
- Healthcare Focus: Utilize your healthcare background to navigate advertising regulations and create effective campaigns.
- Project Management: Balance multiple projects and deadlines, delegating tasks effectively using Asana.
Hands-On Creative Work (~10% of the role)
- Creative Contribution: Participate in hands-on creative work, contributing directly to projects when needed
The ideal Creative Director should possess the following:
- 5+ years in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Healthcare Experience: Must have experience in the healthcare industry, understanding the nuances of advertising in this field. Big plus if experience is in Behavioral Healthcare.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to manage and inspire a remote team.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using project management tools like Asana as well as all modern design tools.
- Exceptional concepting and storytelling abilities, with a knack for thinking outside the box and seeing the bigger picture.
- Emotional Intelligence: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships within the team.
