The Contract Manager, IntegratedSupply Chain("ISC") will be part of the Legal Group of Solstice Advanced Materials.

You will be working closely with the General Counsel, ISC to manage all SAM ISC matters. You will also be working closely with other seniorleadersof the ISC and Legal Groups to anticipate and mitigate potentiallegal and complianceproblems within the organization and develop strategies to avoid costlylitigationand reduce potential areas of risk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providenegotiation, drafting, compliance and dispute-resolution support for SAM ISC organization that includes Manufacturing, Engineering,Planning& Logistics, HSE, Quality,SourcingandProcurement
Drivecontinuous improvementon contract processes, templates and playbooks
Support SAM Compliance efforts/initiatives andstreamline processes, procedures, and interactions with the Corporate Compliance COE.
Performdue diligence
Support litigation counsel on due diligence to settle potential legal issues
Coordinate with outside legal counsel on projects
Be a change agent

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in contract management and negotiations
Experience with contract management tools
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
