Our agency client is looking for a Content Creator in a freelance capacity.

High-level details on the role:
- Start date: as soon as July 14th, 2025
- 30 - 40 hours/week
- Must be local to the Minneapolis area for occasional onsite meetings
- Duration: TBD, until they find their new full-time person.
Job Responsibilities as a Content Creator:
- Develop compelling, social-first content that aligns with brand identity and engage audiences across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and X
- Assist with creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting
- Monitor and respond to online conversations about the brand to foster engagement and community
- Work closely with in-house creatives, producers, strategists, media experts and the marketing team to brainstorm and execute fresh content ideas
- Partner with the media team to measure the success of content created, using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Bring concepts to life through visuals and video, while partnering with in-house agency teams to ensure brand and creative alignment
The ideal Content Creator will have:
- Experience with shooting, developing, and editing video and static content for social media reels, posts, stories, etc. (required)
- Portfolio/samples that demonstrates your content creation for brands, on various social media platforms including shooting and editing video content ideally in a studio setting.
- Strong background in food/grocery/CPG content - developing recipe videos, ideating food tips & hacks, demonstrating food trends, etc.
- Hands-on contributor/doer mindset
- Experience with SEO and content optimization
- Knowledge of how to create content for Meta and TikTok, while staying current on social media trends and engagement strategies
- Working knowledge of CapCut and Adobe Premiere. Experience with Adobe After Effects is a huge plus!
- Familiar with social media analytics tools
