What You'll Do:

Oversee day-to-day construction progress and contractor performance
Ensure work meets all approved construction documents, codes, and standards
Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Help negotiate and manage change orders with contractors
Collaborate closely with the Real Estate Director and project team
Coordinate communications between internal teams, consultants, and vendors
Monitor risk and help ensure safety and quality across all phases

5+ years of experience in construction management
Familiarity with LA and CA building codes, life safety, ADA, and permits
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and construction tools like Procore and Yardi
Strong skills in contract review, budgeting, and scheduling
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A self-starter mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
