About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a territory manager for Wells Fargo's Construction Equipment Finance group. The Territory Manager will be responsible to cover a region consisting of the following states Colorado, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas. This position is in a Wells Fargo office when not traveling

In this role, you will:

  • Source equipment finance deals with new and existing customers by calling on end users of construction equipment and construction equipment dealers.
  • Generate >$40MM annually of construction equipment loan and lease volume for Wells Fargo Equipment Finance.
  • Work independently on client transactions in partnership with client teams, including complex, larger, and multi-product financing opportunities, including analyzing potential opportunities, structuring, proposing, and selling tailored financial solutions to clients, leading internal coordination, and submitting transactions to management or independent risk for approval.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, mid to senior level managers to resolve client issues and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal Wells Fargo Bank partners to help provide additional products to construction customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of either sales or credit experience in the construction equipment finance industry.
  • Ability to read and understand company financial statements
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities

Job Expectations:

  • This position is in a Wells Fargo office when not traveling
  • Approximately 50% Travel Required
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
