(CEI) provides employees, stakeholders and customers with timely and accurate financial information. The Finance Department is comprised of seven teams: Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billing, GL, FP&A, Tax, and Project Accounting that work closely together to ensure compliance and the financial well-being of the company.ABOUT THE ROLE

Provide Operations leadership with in-depth, proactive analysis, feedback and recommendations to optimize individual project and project portfolio performance.
Partners with Operations leadership to manage divisional profit and loss, division overhead expenses and to deliver against divisional profits.
Supports divisional business planning and financial forecasting.
Actively monitor project-level and overall group-level cash position and develop and implement programs to ensure the timely billing and ultimate collection of accounts receivable.
Share responsibility for the accuracy and timely preparation and delivery of project forecasts and WIP reporting.
Provide strategic, proactive financial planning support and advice to Operations leadership to support short-term and long-term growth.
Review and evaluate new project opportunities and related contract terms to ensure alignment with the Company's risk profile and financial and strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX controls, and company policies.
Oversee and provide guidance with respect to customer audits, claim/dispute matters, or other project related financial issues.
Coordinate with the Corporate Tax Team on tax matters.
Support the Project Executive team with financial training of new project team members.
Maintain and analyze key control and reporting metrics utilizing data warehouse and the Power BI business intelligence tools.

Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.Discretion: Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will add to costs and may impact the short-term goals of the organization.Interaction: Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.Supervision: Manages, perhaps through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing. In some instances this manager may be responsible for a functional area and not have any subordinate employees.ABOUT YOU

Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to collaborate and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and all levels of management.
Effective at managing and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Attention to detail, proactive, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of job costing, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, and percentage-of-completion accounting.
Familiarity with AIA, T&M, and Cost-Plus billing, retention tracking, and subcontractor compliance.
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365, with advanced data management skills in Excel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSAny combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.Licensure/Certifications:n/aExperience: Construction industry experience preferred.
