Overview
Repligen Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Intern to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, brand messaging, internal and Human Resources (HR) communications within the life sciences industry. The Corporate Communications Intern will report to the Senior Manager of HR and Internal Communications within Repligen’s Human Resources department and will collaborate with various functional leaders within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting internal newsletters, organizational announcements, and executive communications
- Support content creation for Repligen’s intranet
- Help coordinate communication initiatives, campaigns, and events
- Assist with change management communications for the organization’s rollout of Workday
- Partner with company leaders and the HR team to develop presentations and videos for quarterly Global All Hands Meetings
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute creative ideas
- Help strengthen external employer branding by showcasing life at Repligen and employee engagement on corporate social media channels
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, providing recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
Skills:
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital communications and design tools and social media platforms preferred but not required (Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Workday and LinkedIn)
- Interest in the life sciences or biotech industry a plus

The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $20/Hr-$25/Hr. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
