Manual CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled machinist to operate both manual and CNC machines for precision manufacturing. This role involves reading blueprints, setting up machines, and ensuring high-quality production of metal and plastic components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manual mills, lathes, and CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain machines for optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience with manual machining and CNC operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of machining tools, speeds, and feeds.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
