Do you have a passion and ability for working with troubled youth?  Cedar Ridge is currently seeking to fill a position in our Residential program for a Clinical Coordinator. 

The Clinical Coordinator is a mid-level management position responsible for managing and supervising the Therapeutic Group Home Program.  The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for but not limited to: Overseeing the delivery of the therapeutic and case management services to the residents, providing supervision of the Case Coordinators.  Provide behavioral and mental health consultation to the residential staff, assisting with the creation and implementation of treatment team models with the staff.  Assist with the development of therapy goals and objectives for each resident, and participating on the Resident Admissions/Discharge Team. The Clinical Coordinator will also assist with drafting and developing policy and maintaining compliance with Maryland law, accreditation, and licensing.

Qualified applicants must have a Master’s degree in a mental health field and a license to practice independently as a Mental Health Professional (e.g., LCSW-C, LCPC).

Applicants must also pass a detailed background investigation, a health screening and have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
