Overview:

Seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Analyst to support international client onboarding, focusing on FX and derivative products. This role involves coordinating with multiple internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance with international regulations and facilitate account opening processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding requests for international clients, ensuring compliance with FX/derivatives regulations
  • Partner with sales, credit, legal, and tax teams to gather required documentation and approvals
  • Liaise with legal and credit teams to obtain necessary sign-offs
  • Ensure all regulatory, legal, and documentation requirements are met prior to account opening
  • Communicate onboarding status to stakeholders internally and externally
  • Support documentation, KYC, and tax compliance efforts

Top Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in client onboarding, specifically FX/derivatives, with international regulatory knowledge
  • Experience with onboarding workflow tools and processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Background in FX products and banking operations/risk management
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Trading or financial markets experience
  • Project management skills
