Position Responsibilities:
Manage the lifecycle of change requests and drive continuous improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of the change management process across the Company as a Global Services Change Analyst
Review, process, track, document, and coordinate change management requests submitted for production changes to minimize the impact or downtime to production environments
Schedule and host change management meetings; weekly technical review, Change Advisory Board (CAB), and monthly global maintenance windows (weekends required)
Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures, processes, and documentation related to change management tools
Create metrics and reporting as a data analyst to measure change request success and compliance
- Create development opportunities for employees to ensure that change management policies and processes are being adhered to
Evaluate and recommend methods and tools for streamlining and improving the change management process
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related IT field and 3 plus years of related experience in Global/Enterprise Support, Business Processes and/or Change Management or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of specific experience
ITILv4 certified or demonstrate knowledge of ITIL best practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
ITIL Intermediate and/or PMP certified
