Job Description

The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for delivering business intelligence, visualization, reporting, and analytics solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop, and implement appropriate analytics solutions. Monitor department KPIs and implement solutions to improve the quality and reporting of data.

• Develop and implement Business Intelligence solutions.

• Manage the design and development of dashboards that monitor key performance indicators and drive business decisions.

• Drive process improvements through the management of Business Intelligence tools, reporting, visualization capabilities, and automation.

• Monitor new technology and data visualization techniques related to Business Intelligence.

• Assisting in conversion of legacy reports (AlteryX/Tableau) to newer tools (Microsoft Fabric/Power BI)

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Business, or related degree.

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analytics.

• At least 5 years of dashboard development experience in both Tableau and Power BI.

• At least 5 years of experience levering SQL for data analysis and performance tuning.

• At least 5 years of experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.

• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

• Must be comfortable with big data and how to efficiently leverage for reporting.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing them as they work.

• Experience with Python and Spark preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
