We are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to lead the growth of our new Cyber Range as a Service (CRaaS) product. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a cutting-edge cybersecurity solution, with significant growth potential within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in cybersecurity or SaaS sales and demonstrate a strong ability to generate new business. If you enjoy creating strategic partnerships, building meaningful customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales goals, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers, including government, military, academia, and private sectors.
- Develop multi-channel lead generation strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking).
- Present CRaaS capabilities and manage the entire sales process from lead to contract signing.
- Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to maximize customer value.
- Monitor industry trends and collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management (cybersecurity, tech, or SaaS preferred).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and cyber range applications.
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Experience with government or military clients.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity training standards and simulation environments.
