BUILDING CLEANER
City of Middletown

The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Building Cleaner.  

This position performs basic interior and exterior building maintenance under close supervision. The Building Cleaner is responsible for cleaning building facilities and equipment, snow removal, deliveries, setting up temporary structures and display, and assisting with special events. In this role, you will need experience in performing building or facility cleaning and maintenance work; or any equivalent combination of experience.

Salary Range: $19.10 to $25.54 hourly plus benefits.

All applicants will be required to take a written examination on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
