Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $18.17.
The current full hourly range for this position is $18.17 - $34.06.

Are you excited about teaching and want to make an impact this summer? Join the Beyond the Bell team as a Curriculum Lead at one of our Summer Beyond the Classroom (BTC) sites! In this role, you’ll be the primary instructor for one of our STEAM-based lab experiences, delivering hands-on, engaging lessons to Tacoma Public Schools students. You’ll receive training on a set of curriculum modules and teach small groups throughout the day during the six-week program.

Curriculum Leads are our teaching experts. You’ll deliver interactive lessons, adapt curriculum to meet student needs, and create a dynamic learning environment that fosters creativity and growth. Working closely with Group Leads and BTC staff, you’ll help ensure a fun and successful experience for all students. This role is ideal for those who love working with youth, enjoy teaching, and are ready to strengthen their classroom and instructional leadership skills.
