Schedule:

Duties:
Perform comprehensive repairs and finishing work on fiberglass caps or parts. Responsibilities include grinding, sanding, masking, priming, applying automotive basecoat, and finishing with clear coat applications. Additional tasks involve post-paint refinishing, defect correction, sanding, buffing, and polishing to ensure high-quality outcomes. Other related duties may be assigned based on operational needs.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and the physical capability to work on their feet for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 10 hours daily. The role requires performing repetitive movements such as bending, lifting, standing, kneeling, crouching, and reaching overhead. Candidates should be able to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading and verbal communication in English is essential for understanding instructions, safety protocols, and collaborating effectively with team members.
