Job Summary

Medline has an immediate opening for an Associate Project Manager R&D! This position is located at our Mankato, MN branch onsite, five days a week. It offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment. The position will support the development of medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and/or OTC/ANDA/NDA drugs.

The Associate Project Manager R&D will be responsible for coordinating project logistics and ensuring collaboration across Medline functional groups including R&D, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and product divisions.

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of management or senior team members, coordinate assigned project activities, balance corporate priorities, and ensure team alignment across functional areas to ensure that project deadlines and goals are met.
Track and communicate project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, and projected end dates.
Maintain team morale and engagement by ensuring constant and transparent communication.
Compile technical justifications and data summaries in support of product claims.
Identify issues that may cause project delays and provide recommendations to improve time lines for project completion.

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science related field.
A minimum of one year experience in project management or R&D.
Position will require travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (domestic and international).

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$62,400.00 - $90,480.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
