Overview:
Our Product and Design studio is seeking an Associate Design producer to assist a team of design producers and product designers in creating ground breaking Sports and TV experiences. The Sports & TV Product Design team is deeply involved in scaling existing media services as well as introducing new ones. Its culture is diverse, passionate, grows with debate, and is wholly customer-focused. The Producer team is responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle: identifying customer needs, ensuring clarity of requirements and goals, managing project teams, design reviews, and leveraging the knowledge and creativity of cross-functional partners to bring meaningful solutions to market.
Responsibilities:
In collaboration with Senior Producers, the Associate Producer will manage project plans and design tasks, facilitate design reviews, distribute notes and follow up on action items. Once the design process is complete, they will track and manage the delivery of design artifacts to cross-functional partners, and ensure build quality by managing the Design QA process. They will track and communicate project status across their portfolio, keep project management software updated as schedules and deliverables change, and be responsible for generating digestible reporting roll-ups to leadership and partners.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a producer within software design or at an agency.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI ideation, execution, and delivery processes.
- Experience with project management software.
- Has a knack for learning new tools and applying them to optimize team efficiency.
- Meticulous attention to detail and top-notch organization skills.
- Shown ability to meet deadlines and get results while juggling many projects and priorities.
- A compelling desire to deliver innovative and exceptional Human Interface design to our customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and ability to adapt to constant change.
- Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams (Design, Product, Engineering, and others)
