Our gaming client is seeking an Associate Brand Manager! This role is 40 hours/week from July 14 - September 22. This role is onsite in Burbank, CA. This will be for a maternity leave coverage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Support global marketing strategy and campaign development for the brand across games, film, TV, consumer products, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to execute integrated brand campaigns (social, digital, PR, influencer, experiential).
- Manage creative development and production of brand assets including trailers, visual identity, and advertising materials.
- Lead project management efforts across multiple initiatives and teams.
- Assist with consumer research and data analysis to inform marketing strategies and franchise planning.
- Support large-scale events, sponsorships, promotions, and community engagement.
- Identify and resolve execution issues to ensure campaign success.
- Deliver creative assets to internal and external partners.
- Stay informed on media trends and contribute to multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Work in-office to foster collaboration, communication, and effective supervision.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 3-4+ years of marketing experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer products.
- Proven success in creative, results-driven campaigns.
- Experience with global marketing campaigns across games, film, TV, or animation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Familiarity with budgeting, KPIs, ROI, and business case development.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and international meetings.
- Knowledge of the gaming/entertainment industries is a plus.
- Experience with creative/media agencies and global environments is preferred.
- Understanding of A/V creative processes and digital/traditional marketing channels.
