We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at our vibrant waterfront resort in the heart of Old Town Key West. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a diverse food and beverage operation while delivering the personalized, unforgettable experiences our guests expect.
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including Blue Mojito Bar, Four Flamingos Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Banquets
- Lead and support a dynamic team of F&B colleagues through effective scheduling, payroll oversight, training, and coaching
- Uphold high standards of guest service and satisfaction through hands-on leadership and thoughtful problem-solving
- Assist with operational tasks such as order management, POS systems, and ensuring a seamless flow of service across departments
- Take part in special projects, promotions, and events that enhance the guest experience and elevate the resort’s F&B profile

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- At least 3 years of progressive food and beverage experience, previous Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong food, beverage, and alcohol knowledge
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Refined verbal and Written communication skills
- Professional appearance and confident presentation
- Able to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
- Ability to push, pull, and lift a moderate amount of weight
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
