This position reports to the General Manager. Hyatt Corporation seeks an Assistant Director of Operations (Atlanta, GA) responsible for overseeing, supporting, and providing leadership to all areas of Food and Beverage operations within the hotel.Provide direct leadership and oversight to the hotel’s rooftop bar, Spaceman, Banquet & Events Operations, and the hotel’s Lobby restaurant, Three Arches.
Hire, schedule, train, empower, coach, and counsel Servers, Bartenders, Support staff, and F&B Leaders.
Ensure guest satisfaction and overall operational success for the outlets.
Responsible for short- and long-term planning and the management of the Food and Beverage operations in the front and back of the house.
Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans.
Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, and forecasts, inventory and budget for food and beverage operations.
Qualifications
- Requires: 4 years of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience.
- Also requires demonstrated experience with: Microsoft Word and Excel
- Implementing new F&B concepts
The salary range for this position is $73,445 – $104,700.
