  • Donor Cultivation and Stewardship:
    • Capitalize on the momentum of Queens' reclassification to NCAA Division I to cultivate relationships with alumni, parents, friends, and surrounding community members (including the Myers Park neighborhood).
    • Represent Royals Athletics at meetings, games, events, and other functions to build relationships with and steward donors.
    • Travel as needed to cultivate donors and attend away games, tournaments, and donor meetings.
  • Athletics Program Integration:
    • Become immersed in the needs, priorities, and strategic goals of Queens Athletics.
    • Maintain a master calendar of athletics advancement events in collaboration with Athletics and Advancement teams.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and activities in the Slate CRM database.
    • Prepare timely and detailed call reports documenting donor engagement. Training in all software systems will be provided.
