The Assistant Beverage Manager will be responsible for all aspects and functions of beverage operations within the Food & Beverage Outlets. Primary function will be to support the 22 Stories Lobby Bar in conjunction with the Director of Outlets. This individual will also work closely with beverage vendors to assist other leaders with forming creative and profitable beverage lists. Other duties include managing, training, scheduling and developing colleagues. The ideal candidate for this role should have great communication skills, prior experience leading a bar team, thorough knowledge of beverage controls and mixology and is available to work evenings.

Qualifications
This individual should also demonstrate the following skills:
- 2 years minimum food/bev supervisor/management experience, including bar/beverage
- true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced customer service environment
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and lead a team
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Communication, organization and relationship skills
